We're back for our 12th season. Keep up to date with all the discoveries, brought to you by our daily bloggers.
Today was the first day of the dig and consisted of moving
the backfill so we can start excavating where the previous year finished. The
sun was blaring all day long and I am now burnt to a crisp and in a lot of
pain! Over the course of the day, the group discovered a lot of finds,
consisting of animal teeth, medieval floor tiles and even a musket ball. Liam
found over 100 artefacts! The picture below shows the finds that were
